Important:

• These are pass-through charges billed based on actual usage

• Costs may vary depending on volume and third-party providers

• RRELEVATE does not control pricing of external providers

By using these features, you agree to pay applicable usage fees.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond promptly during onboarding and revisions

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws in their business operations

• Use the system responsibly and not for illegal or abusive purposes

Failure to comply may result in service limitations or termination.

6. DOMAIN AND HOSTING

6.1 Domain Registration

• Domain registration (if included) is under the client’s ownership

• Free domain offers apply only for the first year (if applicable)

• Renewal fees are the client’s responsibility

6.2 Hosting

• Hosting is provided as part of the subscription

• Service remains active only while subscription is active

7. WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of:

• Logos

• Images

• Business information

Clients grant RRELEVATE permission to use these materials for service delivery.

7.2 RRELEVATE Assets

All systems, templates, automations, and platform features remain the property of RRELEVATE.

Clients are not allowed to:

• Copy or resell the system

• Reverse engineer or duplicate the platform

8. MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES

Depending on the plan:

• Minor updates may be included (e.g., text changes, small edits)

• Major changes (e.g., redesign, new features) may incur additional fees

RRELEVATE reserves the right to determine what qualifies as minor vs major updates.

9. AUTOMATION AND AI LIMITATIONS

• Final responsibility for business decisions remains with the client

Clients should review and monitor system performance regularly.

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or failures from third-party services
